Soak the sprained ankle in Epson salts, this will open your pours and ready the area for the following. Buy a brick, (similar to a brick of butter) of real laird at your local grocery store; it has to be the real PORK lard, no other kind will work. An Active sporting family will keep a brick or tub on hand in the freezer for just such an emergency. Let the lard warm to room temperature and cut a slice at least 2 inches thick (approximately 2 oz). Mix in an equal amount of regular table salt. Apply this mixture to the sprained area and wrap with Cellophane. The mixture will become very messy as the body heats up the laird so an additional plastic bag may be required to contain the mess. This mixture is to be done only once and applied for exactly 4 hours NO LONGER, VERY IMPORTANT! You will see the black, blue and yellow bruising come the surface with-in a couple of days, the pain will be gone the healing complete.
